Area tributary rivers and lower portions of the Mississippi River are experiencing flooding. Please see the latest Flood Statements and Flood Warnings for details. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY There will be a chance for scattered to isolated thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and evening, mainly along and north of Interstate 80. Some of these storms may be strong with hail and gusty winds. There is a Marginal Risk, or level 1 out of 5 for severe storms across portions of extreme east central Iowa into northwestern Illinois Thursday afternoon and evening. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
