...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest,
  south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As the front moves through this afternoon,
  localized gusts over 50mph are possible shortly after its passage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
