This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Area rivers are experiencing flooding. Please see the
latest Flood Statements and Flood Warnings for details.

Freezing rain, mixed at times with sleet and light snow, will
affect areas south Highway 34, beginning late tonight. Be prepared
for slick road conditions before daybreak.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

A wintry mix will spread north Saturday morning, affecting areas
south of Interstate 80. Ice accumulations, along with some sleet
and snow, will create very slick road conditions. A Winter
Weather Advisory is in affect for locations south of Interstate 80.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible mainly south of Interstate 80
Saturday afternoon and evening. A few strong storms are possible
in west central Illinois during the evening.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
* Until today.
* At  8:30 AM Friday the stage was 11.5 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast, Fall below flood stage today.
* Impact, At  11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water affects homes
  along old U.S. Highway 61. The river is bank full in most areas.
