This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Frost is forecast along the highway 20 corridor tonight. Be sure
to protect vulnerable plants.

Area rivers are experiencing flooding. Please see the latest Flood
Statements and Flood Warnings for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

Widespread heavy rainfall is possible on Saturday and Sunday, which
if occurs would lead to rises on area rivers into next week.

Thunderstorms are forecast for Sunday across the area. At this
time, it is too early to determine the risk for severe weather.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
