.DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. VISIBILITIES
OF A QUARTER MILE OR LESS ARE POSSIBLE. THE FOG SHOULD PERSIST
ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH MID MORNING. FOG COULD LINGER AFTER
NOON...HOWEVER THE THREAT FOR DENSE FOG WILL BE GREATLY
DIMINISHED.
