  SHIFTING TO SOUTHWEST THIS EVENING 15 TO 25 MPH. FROM 10 PM
  AROUND MOUNTAIN HOME THROUGH MIDNIGHT AROUND TWIN FALLS WINDS
  SHIFTING TO WEST OR NORTHWEST AND INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH
  WITH GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH.

* TIMING...LATE THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. BLOWING
  DEBRIS SUCH AS TUMBLEWEEDS.
