WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

  Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Winds will gust to around 40 mph at times today, especially this
morning.

Portions of the many area rivers will remain in flood.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Thursday...
  Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

In addition, portions of the many area rivers will remain in
flood.

  Rock River at Latham Park affecting Winnebago County
  Rock River at Byron affecting Ogle County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Rock River at Byron.
* until Tuesday morning.
* At  615 PM Saturday the stage was 13.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and will continue.
* Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage by early Tuesday
  morning.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Water approaches houses along the river
  downstream from Byron.
