THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THIS MORNING ACROSS FAR
NORTHERN ILLINOIS...NORTH OF INTERSTATE 88. THE MAIN THREAT FROM
THESE STORMS WILL BE SOME GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL OCCUR LATER IN THE
WEEK...MAINLY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN FRIDAY.

VERY WARM AND HUMID WEATHER FOR LATE SUMMER IS EXPECTED ACROSS
MUCH OF THE AREA THURSDAY AND FOR LOCATIONS SOUTH OF INTERSTATE
80 ON FRIDAY. DAYTIME HEAT INDEX VALUES MAY REACH 95 TO 105
DEGREES.

DANGEROUS SWIMMING CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE AT LAKE MICHIGAN
BEACHES FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NECESSARY THROUGH TONIGHT.
