* AT 625 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THIS IS THE SAME AREA WHICH
  RECEIVED TWO TO AS MUCH AS THREE AND A HALF INCHES SATURDAY.
  ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE WITH
  THESE STORMS AND WILL PRODUCE QUICK RUNOFF AND FLASH FLOODING.

  North Branch Chicago River at Chicago Albany Ave affecting Cook
  County

.Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon. The current forecast
is based off only light precipitation amounts along the river basin. However,
if heavy rain occurs on the basin, renewed rises will occur, with a worst case
scenario of rising to minor flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.
