THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

  WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...SOME MAY PRODUCE:
   HEAVY RAIN.
   OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

  AREAS AFFECTED AND TIMING:

 SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA TODAY
 AND EARLY THIS EVENING...PRIMARILY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE
 80.

  DISCUSSION:

 SCATTERED STORMS WILL LIKELY REDEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY
 EVENING. DUE TO LIMITED INSTABILITY AND LITTLE WIND
 SHEAR...SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED. LOCALLY HEAVY
 DOWNPOURS COULD OCCUR WITH ANY SLOW MOVING SCATTERED STORMS THIS
 AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

PERIODIC CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS EXIST THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH
MONDAY.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NECESSARY THROUGH TONIGHT.
