...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE THIS EVENING...

PRECIPITATION WILL LIKELY DEVELOP ACROSS ALL OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS
AND NORTHWEST INDIANA LATER THIS EVENING INTO EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING...BUT EXPECTED TO BE MAINLY ALL RAIN DURING THIS PERIOD.
HOWEVER...TEMPERATURES WILL BE AT OR SLIGHTLY BELOW FREEZING THIS
EVENING BEFORE A STEADY RISE INTO THE MID AND UPPER 30S OCCURS
THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. THIS COULD PROVIDE A SMALL WINDOW
FOR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN MAINLY FOR AREAS NORTH OF INTERSTATE
80...AND ESPECIALLY NEAR THE ILLINOIS AND WISCONSIN BORDER. IF
THIS FREEZING RAIN WERE TO OCCUR...ANY ICE ACCUMULATION WOULD BE
LIGHT AND AT MOST A GLAZE. NONETHELESS...THIS COULD CREATE PATCHY
SLICK CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY ON UNTREATED ROADWAYS...PARKING LOTS
AND SIDEWALKS.
