* WIND CHILL VALUES...20 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO IN SPOTS OVERNIGHT
  INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

* OTHER IMPACTS...FROST BITE CAN OCCUR IN 15 TO 30 MINUTES ON
  EXPOSED SKIN AT THE LOWER END OF THESE WIND CHILL VALUES.
  EXTENDED EXPOSURE WITHOUT PROPER CLOTHING WILL INCREASE THE
  RISK OF HYPOTHERMIA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT THE WIND WILL COMBINE WITH THE
VERY COLD AIR TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

TONIGHT WITH SEVERAL INCHES POSSIBLE...MAINLY NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN.

WIND CHILLS 15 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT
ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

WIND CHILLS 15 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED EARLY FRIDAY
MORNING.

ACCUMULATING SNOW IS EXPECTED SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

A SIGNIFICANT STORM SYSTEM COULD AFFECT THE REGION MONDAY NIGHT
INTO TUESDAY. DEPENDING ON THE EVENTUAL TRACK AND INTENSITY IT
COULD BRING THE THREAT OF EITHER RAIN AND POSSIBLE FLOODING FROM
SNOW MELT...OR POSSIBLY ACCUMULATING WINTRY PRECIPITATION.
