Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

 Limited Thunderstorm Risk mainly east of Interstate 57.
   Limited Hail Risk...up to one inch in diameter.
   Limited Thunderstorm Wind Gust Risk...up to 60 mph.

DISCUSSION...

The threat for any additional severe weather east of I-57 will
end by 6 PM CDT. A few non-severe thunderstorms are possible north
of I-88 this evening.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Cook County, Illinois, and northern Lake County, Indiana.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 351 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicate an additional thunderstorm with heavy rain rates up
    to 0.5 inches in 15 minutes moving into the advisory area.
  - Up to 0.5 inches of additional rainfall may occur in some
    areas of southern Cook County. Localized, minor flooding may
    occur from this additional rainfall.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Chicago, Cicero, Hammond, Gary, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Oak
    Lawn, Berwyn, Calumet City, Portage, Roseland, Chicago Lawn,
    Englewood, South Shore, Midway Airport, Bridgeport, South
    Lawndale, Chicago Loop, East Chicago and Burbank.
