  PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW ARE LIKELY...ESPECIALLY EARLY
  THIS MORNING AND AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL 4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW IS
  EXPECTED TODAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN A STORM TOTAL OF 6 TO 10
  INCHES.

* VISIBILITIES...LOOK FOR REDUCED VISIBILITIES DURING THE
  HEAVIER SNOWFALL...LIKELY BELOW A MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...PLAN ON DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS.
