TEMPERATURES FALL THROUGH THE 20S. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO DRIVE
WITH CAUTION. SLOW DOWN AND PLAN ON EXTRA TIME TO ARRIVE AT YOUR

CENTRAL ILLINOIS...SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TODAY AND TONIGHT. ACCUMULATIONS
BETWEEN 0.5 AND 1.5 INCHES ARE LIKELY...WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS
GENERALLY FROM I-74 NORTHWARD. SOME BLOWING SNOW WILL OCCUR
ESPECIALLY IN OPEN RURAL AREAS WITH WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15
TO 25 MPH AND GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A CHANCE FOR SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY...TAPERING
OFF FROM WESTERN ILLINOIS TO EASTERN ILLINOIS THROUGH THE DAY.
LIGHT ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 1/2 INCH ARE
POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY EAST OF I-57.

WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TO FALL TO 5 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
OVERNIGHT TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING...WITH THE COLDEST
WIND CHILLS NORTH OF I-70.
