NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk

DISCUSSION:

Isolated thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon and
evening...primarily over north central Illinois. Severe weather is not
expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday...
  Limited Flooding Risk.
Friday through Sunday...
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

In addition, the Kankakee River near Shelby will rise to and remain in flood
stage for several days.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Kankakee River at Shelby.
* from Tuesday afternoon to Saturday afternoon.
* At  945 AM Monday the stage was 8.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Tuesday afternoon and continue
  to rise to near 9.3 feet by Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet...Lowland agricultural flooding begins.
