The Flood Warning continues for
  The Kankakee River at Shelby.
* until further notice.
* At  445 AM Sunday the stage was 13.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Record flooding is occurring and Record flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will remain near 13.1 feet.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Indiana Route 55 is flooded. Extensive
  flooding occurs to the Sumava Resorts area. Water approaches the
  top of levees.

  Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Winds will gust to around 40 mph at times today, especially this
morning.

Portions of the many area rivers will remain in flood.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Thursday...
  Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

In addition, portions of the many area rivers will remain in
flood.
