...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST TODAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills
  will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed
  skin. Expect wind chills to range from 10 below zero to 20
  below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central,
  south central, southeast, southwest and west central Indiana.

* WHEN...Until noon EST today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST TODAY...

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Wind chills in the 10 to 20 below zero range are expected
through the morning hours today. Wind chills near or below zero will
continue this afternoon and tonight.

Hazards: Frostbite and hypothermia due to cold temperatures.

Timing: Lowest wind chills through Noon EST.

Discussion: The combination of cold air and wind will result in wind
chills near to below zero through tonight. An upper level disturbance
may result in scattered flurries or light snow showers through
tonight. A light dusting is possible in localized areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Outlook: Below zero wind chills are expected at times through
Wednesday night. Heavy rainfall is possible around Sunday.

Discussion: The combination of cold temperatures and wind will result
in below zero wind chills at times through Wednesday night.

A low pressure system is expected to move into the area over the
upcoming weekend. This system will bring the threat of rain from
Saturday into Monday. Heavy rainfall is possible around Sunday. Some
mixed precipitation is possible at the tail end of the event Monday,
but accumulations are unlikely at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
