ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHWEST
INDIANA...NORTHERN PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS...AND MUCH OF
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI THROUGH NOON. PLEASE REFER TO THE ADVISORY FOR
DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

HEAVY RAIN AND A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST TUESDAY AND
TUESDAY NIGHT. THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS FORECAST TO FALL ALONG AND SOUTH
OF THE OHIO RIVER. SOME FLOODING ISSUES MAY RESULT FROM THE
COMBINATION OF SNOW MELT AND THE HEAVY RAINS...ESPECIALLY WHERE
THUNDERSTORMS OCCUR.

SNOW IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...ESPECIALLY OVER THE
SOUTHERN HALF OF THE AREA. THIS MAY POSE SOME IMPACT TO TRAVEL AND
WILL NEED TO BE CLOSELY MONITORED IN THE COMING DAYS.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL SLOWLY TRANSITION TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN
  ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 64 THIS MORNING. FREEZING RAIN
  WILL CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTHEAST MISSOURI... AND SLEET AND
  FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MOST OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS.

* ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL SLEET AND SNOW
  ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 64.
  ELSEWHERE A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS OF ICE ACCUMULATION IS
  EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED.
