* WHAT...Very cold wind chills will range from 15 below to 25
  below zero.

* WHERE...All of east central, north central and northeast Kansas.

* WHEN...Through noon today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken.

This hazardous weather outlook is for east central...north
central and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect through noon today for all of
north central, northeast, and east central Kansas. Wind chill
readings between 15 below and 25 below zero are expected early
this morning, with the most dangerously cold wind chill readings
expected along and north of a line from Belleville to Holton.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Very cold wind chill readings around 10 below to 15 below zero
will be possible early Wednesday morning across portions of
north central to far northeast Kansas.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
