This hazardous weather outlook is for east central...north
central and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Gusty winds around 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph are expected from
late morning through 7 PM this evening across Ottawa, CLoud and
Republic Counties where a wind advisory is in effect.

There is a small chance of thunderstorms after midnight tonight.
No severe weather is expected with the storms tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Severe thunderstorms are possible across Northeast and East
Central Kansas on Saturday. The primary threats from the storms
will be large hail and damaging winds. The area most likely to
see severe weather is east of a line from Washington to Abilene.
The most likely time period for severe weather will be between
2 PM and 9 PM on Saturday.


Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
