THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS,
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP EARLY THIS EVENING ACROSS THE
FLINT HILLS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS. IF THEY CAN DEVELOP, THEY WILL
BE CAPABLE OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS LATE TONIGHT ACROSS
CENTRAL KANSAS. STRONG OR SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE CONSIDERABLY ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS
SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT...WHERE A FEW MAY BE SEVERE WITH GUSTS
AROUND 60 MPH AND QUARTER SIZED HAIL. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY
SPREAD SOUTHEAST INTO SOUTH CENTRAL AND PARTS OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS
SATURDAY NIGHT WHERE GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH AND VERY HEAVY RAINS ARE
BOTH POSSIBLE.

HEAT INDICES MAY REACH 100 TO 103 IN ALL AREAS SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...WHICH MAY BE QUITE STRONG WITH SMALL
HAIL...GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH...AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS...WILL OCCUR
ACROSS THE REGION FROM MONDAY THRU NEXT THURSDAY.
