CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AROUND 9
  AM AND PERSIST THROUGH 3 PM BEFORE SUBSIDING.

* IMPACTS...USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING... ESPECIALLY IN HIGH-
  PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED ROADS. LIGHT WEIGHT
  OBJECTS SUCH AS TRASH CANS OR OUTDOOR FURNITURE MAY BE TOSSED
  AROUND BY THE WIND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF AT LEAST 30 MPH
AND/OR WIND GUSTS OVER 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED.  WINDS THIS STRONG
CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
