WITH PERIODS OF SNOW SHOWERS WILL POTENTIALLY CREATE PERIODIC
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AS VISIBILITY MAY BE QUICKLY REDUCED
ALONG WITH LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ON THE ROADWAYS.

.A STRONG UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO BRING STRONG AND
GUSTY WINDS TO THE AREA TODAY. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL REACH SUSTAINED
SPEEDS BETWEEN 25 AND 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS POSSIBLY EXCEEDING 45 MPH
FROM LATE MORNING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
MISSOURI AND EXTREME NORTHEAST KANSAS. WINDS SHOULD BEGIN TO SUBSIDE
