THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
INDIANA AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA.
THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...WHICH WILL RESULT IN
LOCALIZED FLOODING. ANY STORM WILL ALSO BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
GUSTY WINDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH FRIDAY AS A
STATIONARY FRONT LINGERS ACROSS THE REGION. ANY STORM WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS. AREAS
THAT SEE REPEATED EPISODES OF RAINFALL MAY EXPERIENCE LOCALIZED
FLOODING LATER IN THE WEEK.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL JEFFERSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT

* AT 701 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. OVERFLOWING POOR
  DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LOUISVILLE...JEFFERSONTOWN...ST. MATTHEWS...LYNDON...MIDDLETOWN...
  DOUGLASS HILLS...HURSTBOURNE...ANCHORAGE...HURSTBOURNE ACRES AND
  AUDUBON PARK.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO 1 INCH IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL ADD TO EXISTING MINOR FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
