A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE ROUGHLY ALONG
AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 64 WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE SUNRISE THIS
MORNING. THIS MAY CAUSE A FEW SLICK SPOTS BEFORE SUNRISE.

HEAVY RAINFALL TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLOODING

FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH MIDDAY WEDNESDAY. RAINFALL TOTALS
WILL RANGE FROM AN INCH AND A HALF TO THREE INCHES. THIS RAINFALL
