...STRONG WINDS EXPECTED ON MONDAY...

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL PASS THROUGH EASTERN KENTUCKY DURING THE DAY
ON MONDAY. SUSTAINED SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL
DEVELOP BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH LATE IN THE
AFTERNOON. PEAK WIND GUSTS WILL RANGE FROM 35 TO 45 MPH. THE BEST OF
THE STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL OCCUR ALONG AND JUST BEHIND THE FRONT AS
IT PASSES THROUGH THE REGION. WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE COULD BLOW DOWN
WEAKLY ROOTED TREES AS WELL CAUSE DRIVING DIFFICULTIES.
