* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding near the river will
occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 3.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to a crest of
4.5 feet early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
