AT 206 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF
LAKE ERIE FROM THE MOUTH OF THE NIAGARA RIVER TO BRADDOCK BAY. THESE
SHOWERS WERE MOVING EAST AT AROUND 20 KNOTS.

CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATERSPOUTS...WHICH
ARE MOST LIKELY IN AND NEAR SHOWERS AND BANDS OF LAKE EFFECT CLOUDS.
SEEK SAFE HARBOR IF A WATERSPOUT IS SPOTTED. SOME OF THE HEAVIER
SHOWERS MAY ALSO PRODUCE WIND GUSTS UP TO 25 KNOTS.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF WATERSPOUTS WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY ON
BOTH LAKE ERIE AND ONTARIO. WATERSPOUTS ARE MOST LIKELY TO FORM IN
AND NEAR BANDS OF LAKE EFFECT CLOUDS AND SHOWERS AND MAY PRODUCE
LOCALLY HIGHER WINDS AND WAVES.
