DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES ARE POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT INTO
TUESDAY...AND THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE
HIGHER TERRAIN. IF CONFIDENCE INCREASES THAT WIND CHILL CRITERIA
WILL BE MET THEN WIND CHILL HEADLINES WILL BE ISSUED.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...8 TO 16 INCHES...WITH THE HIGHEST TOTALS
  ACROSS THE EASTERN CATSKILLS...HELDERBERGS...NORTHERN AND
  CENTRAL TACONICS...BERKSHIRES AND SOUTHERN GREEN MOUNTAINS.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL MOVE IN LATE THIS EVENING...BECOMING HEAVY
  AT TIMES PRIOR TO DAYBREAK MONDAY...AND CONTINUING HEAVY AT
  TIMES INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL TAPER TO SCATTERED
  SNOW SHOWERS LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS AND TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS FROM LATE
  THIS EVENING THROUGH MONDAY. ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND
  EXTREMELY SLIPPERY WITH AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ALSO
  POSSIBLE. UNNECESSARY TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...SINGLE DIGITS TO LOWER 20S.
