This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for areas of Massachusetts around
and north of the Massachusetts Turnpike.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A mix of snow and sleet midday into evening will result in hazardous
travel conditions with slick roadways if left untreated and reduced
visibility. Snow accumulations of a coating on up to around 2 inches
are forecast.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Late Friday into Friday night and again Saturday night into Sunday...

Especially across northern and western Massachusetts high terrain,
there is the threat of freezing rain along with ice accretion on the
order of one to two tenths that would require winter weather advisories.


Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions
according to Standard Operating Procedures.
