* FLOOD STAGE IS 112.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 114.3 FEET BY
  TOMORROW EARLY AFTERNOON THEN BEGIN FALLING.
* IMPACT...AT 114.0 FEET...FLOODING AFFECTS THE OXBOW IN
  NORTHAMPTON...INCLUDING RIVERSIDE HOMES ON ISLAND ROAD.  FLOODING
  ALSO SPREADS ACROSS PARTS OF HADLEY...AS WELL AS LOWER LYING
  SECTIONS OF SOUTHAMPTON.  IN HATFIELD...BACK WATER  FROM THE
  CONNECTICUT RIVER WILL PUSH THE MILL RIVER OVER ITS BANKS FLOODING
  PARTS OF VALLEY STREET AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
