...PATCHY BLACK ICE FOR A TIME THIS MORNING...

REFREEZING OF SLUSHY AND WET SURFACES OVERNIGHT HAS RESULTED IN
PATCHY BLACK ICE ON UNTREATED ROADS AND WALKWAYS. THERE MAY EVEN BE
FREEZING OF SURFACES THAT JUST REMAINED WET YESTERDAY WHERE THE
PRECIPITATION WAS MAINLY RAIN...SUCH AS ACROSS PORTIONS OF
SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS AND SOUTHERN RHODE ISLAND.

MORNING COMMUTERS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION ESPECIALLY ON SECONDARY
ROADS. PEOPLE SHOULD ALSO BE CAREFUL WHEN FIRST STEPPING OUTSIDE
THIS MORNING AS STEPS AND DRIVEWAYS MAY HAVE BECOME ICY OVERNIGHT.
