...PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL BURN OFF BY MID MORNING...

PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE REGION WAS REDUCING
VISIBILITY TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS AT
TIMES...PARTICULARLY IN THE CONNECTICUT RIVER VALLEY. MOTORISTS
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITY OVER SHORT
DISTANCES AND DRIVE WITH EXTRA CAUTION. THE FOG WILL QUICKLY BURN
OFF BY MID MORNING.
