MORNING HOURS. VISIBILITY MAY BRIEFLY AND RAPIDLY DROP TO A
QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION
AND ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME AND EXTRA DISTANCE BETWEEN VEHICLES.

* TIMING...THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG MAY LEAD SIGNIFICANT VISIBILITY
  RESTRICTIONS ACROSS THE REGION. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE
  CAUTION...SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE
VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS...
RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.  MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED
TO SLOW DOWN AS OBJECTS ON AND NEAR ROADWAYS WILL BE SEEN ONLY AT
CLOSE RANGE.
