...1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW EXPECTED TONIGHT ACROSS CAPE COD AND
MARTHAS VINEYARD...

SNOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS CAPE COD AND MARTHAS VINEYARD BETWEEN 7
AND 9 PM THIS EVENING. THE BULK OF THE ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL THEN
OCCUR THROUGH 4 AM SATURDAY MORNING...BUT SOME SNOW SHOWERS MAY
LINGER INTO THE MID MORNING HOURS ON SATURDAY.

SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM BETWEEN 1 AND 3
INCHES...BUT THERE IS A LOW RISK FOR UP TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE WELL BELOW FREEZING...SO SNOW WILL QUICKLY
ACCUMULATE ON ROADWAYS RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM SATURDAY TO NOON EST
SUNDAY. THE WIND CHILL WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATIONS...CAPE COD.

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS AND STRONG WIND
  GUSTS.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...BETWEEN 10 AND 25 BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...THE WORST OF THE WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR SATURDAY
  NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING. THE STRONGEST WIND GUSTS WILL OCCUR
  SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILLS THIS COLD CAN BRING ON FROSTBITE IN AS
  LITTLE AS 30 MINUTES! OUTDOOR EXPOSURE SHOULD BE LIMITED IN
  THESE CONDITIONS. STRONG WINDS SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING
  MAY DOWN A FEW LARGE TREE LIMBS.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* AIR TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES SAT NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING
  WILL FALL TO 5 BELOW TO 5 ABOVE ZERO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN THE WIND CHILL INDEX IS
LIKELY TO REACH -15 TO -24 DEGREES FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS.
FROSTBITE CAN DEVELOP IN JUST 30 MINUTES WITH A WIND CHILL INDEX
OF -20. IF YOU ARE HEADING OUTDOORS...DRESS IN LAYERS AND WEAR A
HAT AND GLOVES.
