...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON WEDNESDAY TO
MIDNIGHT EST WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* Location...East coast of MA, including the Cape and islands,
  as well as Block Island.

* Winds...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing...Wednesday afternoon and evening.

* Impacts...Potential for downed tree limbs and branches.
  Isolated power outages possible. Driving can also be difficult,
   especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph are
expected, with gusts between 46 to 57 mph. Winds this strong are
capable of downing small tree limbs and branches, possibly
causing isolated power outages. Driving can also be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeastern Massachusetts,
southeastern Massachusetts and southern Rhode Island.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

As colder air sinks across the region, wet from earlier or ongoing
precipitation, it is likely that ice will develop along area roadways
making for hazardous travel conditions through the Wednesday morning
commute.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
