THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 7 PM MONDAY TO 1 PM EST TUESDAY.

* ICE ACCUMULATION...A TRACE TO A TENTH OF AN INCH...WITH TWO
  TENTHS OF AN INCH POSSIBLE OVER GARRETT COUNTY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...2 TO 4 INCHES.

* SNOW/ICE BEGINNING...LIGHT SNOW WILL SPREAD OVER THE REGION
  TOMORROW NIGHT...CHANGING TO FREEZING RAIN OVER THE SOUTHEAST
  FIRST.

* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW/ICE...MONDAY NIGHT.

* SNOW/ICE ENDING...PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGEOVER TO RAIN TUESDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
  SNOW...SLEET AND ICE.
