.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A WIND CHILL WARNING IS IN EFFECT WEST FROM THE ALLEGHENY FRONT.
A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN FOR THE REST OF THE POTOMAC HIGHLANDS
AND BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS. THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY EXPANDS TO THE
ENTIRE AREA THIS EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

THE WIND CHILL WARNING AND ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH MIDDLE
SUNDAY MORNING.

A WINTER STORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT WEST OF THE BALTIMORE METRO AND
CROSS THE REST OF THE AREA SUNDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.

HEAVY RAINS FOR PARTS OF THE AREA TUESDAY COMBINED WITH SNOW MELT
AND FROZEN GROUND MAY RESULT IN FLOODING PROBLEMS. ICE JAM
FLOODING MAY ALSO OCCUR ON AREA RIVERS.

  SUNDAY MORNING...IN THE TEENS SUNDAY NIGHT RISING INTO THE UPPER
  20S TO LOWER 30S MONDAY INTO TUESDAY.

* WIND CHILLS...10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY
  MORNING.

* PRECIPITATION TYPE...SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN SUNDAY NIGHT

* ACCUMULATION...POTENTIAL FOR AROUND 5 INCHES OF SNOW AND
  SLEET. POTENTIAL FOR AROUND A QUARTER INCH OF ICE FROM

* TIMING...LOWEST WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
  EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. SNOW WILL BEGIN LATE SUNDAY NIGHT. SNOW
  WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY BEFORE CHANGING TO SLEET AND
  FREEZING RAIN MONDAY NIGHT. PRECIPITATION WILL END TUESDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...THE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILLS WILL LEAD TO FROST
  BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. SNOW AND
