MARYLAND...THE EASTERN WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE AND PORTIONS OF

FOR FURTHER DETAILS. ELSEWHERE...A PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN IS
POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING ACROSS THE BLUE RIDGE
