Stanley, Front Royal, Berryville, Romney, Paw Paw, Martinsburg,
Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Moorefield, Petersburg, Antioch,
Keyser, New Creek, Ridgeville, Russelldale, Headsville,

Patchy fog has developed across northwestern Virginia, eastern
West Virginia, and northern Maryland overnight. Some of the fog
may be locally dense with visibility around one quarter mile.

Be prepared for rapidly changing conditions if driving. Slow down
and use low beam headlights.
