  THE NORTHWESTERN DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA...
  SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MARYLAND...

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 431 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY
  FALLEN. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE
  POSSIBLE. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
