REDUCED BELOW ONE-QUARTER MILE AND SNOWFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES

  CHANGE TO SNOW BY NOON ACROSS THE CENTRAL SHENANDOAH VALLEY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BE HEAVIEST THROUGH 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON. SNOW
  WILL END BETWEEN 4 PM AND 7 PM LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING THROUGH THE 20S.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.
  VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE-QUARTER MILE AT TIMES...MAKING
  TRAVELING DANGEROUS.
