AT 820 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM HARPERS FERRY TO KEMP MILL TO NEAR
DUNKIRK. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND HALF INCH HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
BALTIMORE...COLUMBIA...GERMANTOWN...CENTREVILLE...FREDERICK...ROCKVILLE...
BETHESDA...GAITHERSBURG...RESTON...BOWIE...SEVERN...LEESBURG...HAGERSTOWN...

GREENBELT.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND WILL

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
