CHESAPEAKE BAY...TIDAL POTOMAC RIVER...AND ADJACENT COUNTIES IN
CENTRAL MARYLAND AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA AS WELL AS THE DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

THERE IS A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT FOR
THE WASHINGTON DC METRO. THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA...THE WASHINGTON DC METRO
AND SOUTH TO FREDERICKSBURG VA. ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND MARGINALLY SEVERE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE.
