* ACCUMULATIONS...GENERALLY UP TO HALF INCH SNOW AND SLEET AND
  LESS THAN ONE TENTH INCH ICE...UP TO ONE INCH SNOW AND TENTH INCH
  OF ICE NEAR THE MASON-DIXON LINE.

* TIMING...MIDDAY TODAY THROUGH LATE THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...ROADS LIKELY SNOW AND ICE COVERED...MORE LIKELY
  NORTH OF WASHINGTON DC. TRAVELING WILL BE DANGEROUS.
