WIND CHILLS WILL DECREASE TO AROUND ZERO LATE TONIGHT ACROSS THE
AREA.

* PRECIPITATION TYPES...WINTRY MIX...THEN SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES.

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING...RAIN CHANGING A WINTRY MIX THIS MORNING...BECOMING ALL
  SNOW BY MIDDAY. SNOW MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 30S...DROPPING INTO THE MID 20S.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED...VISIBILITIES WILL DROP
  TO AROUND A QUARTER-MILE AT TIMES...MAKING TRAVEL DANGEROUS.
