A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE SOUTHWEST WATERFRONT
OF WASHINGTON DC...SAINT MARYS COUNTY...AND ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY FOR
MODERATE FLOODING AROUND HIGH TIDE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

COASTAL FLOOD WARNINGS CONTINUE FOR ST MARYS AND ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTIES THROUGH NOON SATURDAY. A COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IS IN
EFFECT FOR ST MARYS AND ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT
SATURDAY NIGHT.

ISSUED A COASTAL FLOOD WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING.

* TIDAL ANOMALY...2 FEET ABOVE NORMAL.

* TIMING...AT LEAST MINOR FLOODING THROUGH SATURDAY. MODERATE
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED AROUND HIGH TIDE THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING
  AND IS POSSIBLE FOR HIGH TIDE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AS WELL.

* EXPECTED IMPACTS...MODERATE INUNDATION OF LOW LYING SHORELINE.
  EXPECT WATER TO COVER ROADWAYS AND YARDS ON SAINT GEORGE
  ISLAND. FLOODING WILL OCCUR AT MULTIPLE MARINAS LOCATED ON THE
  TIDAL RIVERS. AT LEAST MINOR INUNDATION ACROSS THE REST OF THE
  COUNTY.
