* LOCATIONS...EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE BEHIND AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT THIS
  MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...A POSSIBILITY OF A FEW BROKEN TREE LIMBS AND
  ASSOCIATED POWER OUTAGES. DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES...
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED.

  THROUGH TODAY WITH THE COLDEST VALUES BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND
  SUNRISE SUNDAY. WIND CHILLS WILL SLOWLY EASE BY LATE SUNDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILL VALUES REACHING DANGEROUS LEVELS. THE VERY
  LOW WIND CHILLS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO RESULT IN HYPOTHERMIA IF
  CARE IS NOT TAKEN TO STAY WARM AND SHELTERED.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST MARYLAND.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

THERE MAY BE A DUSTING OF SNOW TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

THE COLDEST AIR OF THE SEASON WILL ARRIVE THIS WEEKEND WITH BITTERLY
COLD WIND CHILLS OF 5 TO 10 BELOW ZERO LATE SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY.

WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE SATURDAY.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK UP THE EAST COAST MONDAY AND
TUESDAY BRINGING POTENTIALLY SUBSTANTIAL RAIN AND A BIT OF SNOW
TO THE REGION. FOR NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A BIT OF SNOW AND POSSIBLY
ICE AT THE START MONDAY, CHANGING TO RAIN MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY.

THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF SOUTHERLY WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH TUESDAY.
