* HAZARD TYPES...ACCUMULATING SNOW SHOWERS AND WIND CHILLS.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW 2 TO 4 INCHES.

* TIMING...THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY...WITH LIGHT
  SNOW POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILLS WILL DROP BELOW 10
  BELOW ZERO TONIGHT AND ARE EXPECTED TO RISE INTO THE SINGLE
  DIGITS BELOW ZERO DURING THE DAY THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS RESULTING IN POSSIBLE TRAVEL
  DISRUPTIONS. WIND CHILLS LESS THAN 10 BELOW ZERO WILL BE
  DANGEROUS IF PROPER PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...DROPPING INTO THE LOWER SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO
  TONIGHT...WITH ISOLATED SPOTS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO.

* WIND CHILL...BETWEEN 10 AND 20 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY FOR AREAS
WEST OF THE ALLEGHENY FRONT FOR SNOW SHOWERS PRODUCING 2 TO 4
INCHES OF ADDITIONAL SNOW. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR
ALLEGANY...MINERAL...GRANT...PENDLETON...HIGHLAND COUNTIES AND THE
HIGHER ELEVATION BLUE RIDGE ZONES FOR TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY
MORNING FOR WIND CHILLS OF MINUS TEN TO MINUS TWENTY DEGREES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH 10 AM THURSDAY.

THE NEXT ROUND OF SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS IS LIKELY FRIDAY NIGHT
AND SATURDAY WITH THE PASSAGE OF AN ARCTIC FRONT. NEW WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORIES MAY BE REQUIRED WEST OF THE ALLEGHENY FRONT.

WIND CHILL VALUES BELOW MINUS FIFTEEN ARE LIKELY AT HIGHER
ELEVATIONS FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY AND POSSIBLE THURSDAY
NIGHT. THE LOWEST VALUES ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY NIGHT WHEN WIND
CHILL VALUES MAY DROP BELOW MINUS 20 AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS. NEW
WIND CHILL ADVISORIES MAY BE REQUIRED.

FOR MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY...THERE IS AN ENHANCED WINTER STORM
THREAT WEST OF THE BLUE RIDGE AND A SLIGHT WINTER STORM THREAT
EAST OF THE BLUE RIDGE.
