* TIMING...OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL LEAD TO SNOW COVERED ROADS WHICH COULD
  LEAD TO SOME TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.

* WINDS...SOUTH 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
