* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS ACROSS
  COASTAL WASHINGTON COUNTY.

* TIMING...THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL LEAD TO SNOW COVERED ROADS WHICH COULD
  LEAD TO SOME TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.

* WINDS...SOUTH 10 TO 15 MPH BECOMING SOUTHWEST.

* TEMPERATURES...MID TO UPPER 20S.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE HALF OF A MILE AT TIMES.
