HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * WIDESPREAD SNOW WILL MOVE IN ON SUNDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE
   THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED. EAST TO
   SOUTHEAST WINDS OFF LAKE MICHIGAN MAY RESULT IN ISOLATED
   HIGHER SNOW AMOUNTS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL UPPER MICHIGAN.

IMPACTS...

 * ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.

 * VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE-HALF MILE DURING
   PERIODS OF MODERATE SNOW.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
   WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.

MODERATE TO HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER THE WEST TO
NORTHWEST WIND SNOW BELTS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR EAST OF MUNISING THIS
EVENING. SEE THE LATEST LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING FOR FURTHER
DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

MODERATE SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN SUNDAY AND SUNDAY
NIGHT CREATING HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. SEE THE LATEST WINTER
WEATHER STATEMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

ARCTIC AIR WILL ARRIVE LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY AND PERSIST
THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK. GUSTY WINDS AND VERY COLD AIR WILL
RESULT IN BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILL READINGS AS LOW AS ABOUT 25 BELOW
ZERO OVER THE INTERIOR WEST BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. PERIODS OF HEAVY
LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL AGAIN BE POSSIBLE IN THE FAVORED WEST TO
NORTHWEST WIND SNOW BELTS DOWNWIND OF LAKE SUPERIOR. WAVES BUILDING
AS HIGH AS 10 FEET MAY ALSO CAUSE MINOR BEACH EROSION AT EXPOSED
LOCATIONS NEAR THE LAKE SUPERIOR SHORE ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
