THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN UPPER
MICHIGAN AND CENTRAL UPPER MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE MAY BE A BRIEF PERIOD OF MODERATE LAKE EFFECT SNOW FOR THE
NORTHWEST WIND SNOW BELTS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR THIS AFTERNOON AS A
COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH. NORTHWEST WINDS OF 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS
MAY ALSO CAUSE BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY ALONG
LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

MODERATE LAKE EFFECT SNOW AMOUNTS AND POOR VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND
BLOWING SNOW IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY...ESPECIALLY FOR THE
NORTHWEST WIND SNOW BELTS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR.

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL LOWER TO 15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO OVER MUCH OF
UPPER MICHIGAN SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT
INTO THURSDAY MORNING...WITH THE LOWEST READINGS EXPECTED OVER FAR
WESTERN UPPER MICHIGAN.

VISIBILITY TO THE MARQUETTE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE. THE
